Show Notes

We're going to Wall Street, baby! Let's start the year off strong with Mary Harron's black comedy horror film, American Psycho (2000)! This satire on excess and privilege had a surprisingly scrappy production history. Eric revisits a classic while Jaime is continually surprised.

American Psycho is a horror satire based on Bret Easton Ellis's 1991 novel of the same name and stars Christian Bale alongside Willem Dafoe, Jared Leto, Justin Theroux, and Reese Witherspoon. The film bodes a killer soundtrack featuring Huey Lewis and the News "Hip to Be Square," Phil Collins, Whitney Houston, amongst other 80s hits!
